📚 Which read-later app with highlighting are people using these days?

I’m still on a subscription of Reader (with Readwise), but I’m wondering if I still should. I mean it’s nice and feature-rich, but also the most expensive. And now I see that Matter just became 25€/year cheaper.

I‘m looking for something that supports iOS & web access.
