😴 Feeling exhausted. Not sure it was the late pre-evening Coca Cola, adrenaline from the padel game, or going to bed with cold feet, but I didn’t have the best of nights.
Meanwhile, my health data is showing exceptional recovery, looking at my Heart Rate and HRV, telling me I’m ready for heavy training.
I’m not sure I will.
Or is this one of those mind over body moments? 🤔
